And the best part is that along with on-job training, MGPL will also provide opportunities & guidance to start earning a attractive profitable earning by providing the and pathways for the students.
It is very common in the Western countries where students doing the vocational courses have great deal of work experience by the time they graduate. This helps them in landing with their job straightway and even sometimes before they even graduate. We at MGPL are well aware and understand the frustration faced by our industry students who spent a fortune in completing their diplomas & degrees but problems they face in getting that first break with a well paid employment because they do not have any real world work experience.

MGPL’s “Earn While You Learn” Programme
Maximum students coming out from IT institutes are lost in the crowd of other unemployed job seekers waiting for their turn get an opportunity. They have massive potential to add value to any business but unfortunately are often rejected at many job opportunities because they lack experience or any related real world exposure. Research shows that only 36% graduates will be successful in getting the first employment in their respective field within first 3 months of completing their course, and faced with economic pressure 23% may opt for unrelated low level employment with the rest 41% still struggling to find any employment after 3 months. And this is after the fact that companies are still searching for experienced candidates. The issue is not with the candidate or their skills, but the problem is that they do not have any experience and most of the companies do not have a structured process of hiring an unexperienced graduate even as a trainee and provide that much needed first break.
Therefore, MGPL has planned a structured programme for the students of the Web Design & Development industry where they receive the much needed on-job training and opportunities to learn. This programme can be done along with continuing your studies at your current institute, that’s why we call it ‘Earn While You Learn”. The students are provided with the latest technology & infrastructure where they can apply their learned skills into practice and even can start earning while learning their Web designing and development programmes. Programme details:
Any student wishes to join this programme will have to enrol him/her self with MGPL when he/she takes admission or are currently studying at any of MGPL affiliated Web Training Institutes.
Initially students will have to finish their base course as per institute curriculum. On successful completion of the modules, they will go for further advanced training for two weeks with MGPL as below.

3 Marketing/selling tactics
4 Personality Development
5 Assistance in getting order for websites through MGPL
6 Certification by BIWD (British Institute of Web Designing London UK)
On Job Training Program (Optional):
Student who want have more exposure and work experience, MGPL also have a unique three months on job training program for these students against a nominal fee.
In this program they will not only be working in real working environments but will also making good money out of it. Most of the basic orders received by MGPL will be passed to these trainees as a freelancer. Any student who wishes to take that order can design a template under the supervision of senior professionals at MGPL lab and submit for client’s approval. The designer of the selected template will get the order to complete.
Trainees can also earn money by receiving their own orders from the market and start designing at MGPL lab with the support of seniors. This is a perfect platform to start with, as with the help of this programme, trainees will not only earn money but will also learn the skill of interacting with the customers. This will provide an opportunity for students who wish to start their own free-lance business in Website site development, but also for other students the improved confidence will help them and can seek a better placement.
Certification
On successful completion of on job training these students will be certified for 3 months work experience by MGPL.
Trainees get paid as free lancer by MGPL
MGPL will continue to provide web designing orders to trainees. For any basic website successfully completed, for which the order is provided by MGPL and designed by a trainees, the trainee will be paid minimum Rs 2, 000 or above depending upon the website commercial.
