Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital comes under the Sri Rajrajeswari Group of Institutions. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi university of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore and is approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI).The Rajarajeswari Medical college offers Diploma and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) courses. Candidates must have passed 10+2 with minimum aggregate of 50% marks each in Physics, Chemistry and Biology recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences .For SC/ST 40% marks is needed + 50% marks in either of the Entrance Test that includes Common Entrance Test (CET) / Karnataka Religious and Linguistic Minority (KRLM) / Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) / All India Entrance Test (AIET).

Library is spacious and well stacked with textbooks of various subjects, national and international journals. Library and Information Service with Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) technology. Seminar Hall with facilities like LCD and OHP projectors for delivering lectures.
Auditorium with a seating capacity of 500 people for conducting CME Programmes. Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The hostel rooms are well furnished with all necessary things for daily activities. It has a hygienic mess inside the campus that provides healthy food to the students.
Cafeteria provides north and south Indian food and beverages at subsidized rates. College has a multi gym equipped with latest machines for the students to utilized and stay fit and healthy.
